Chief accountant

Become part of the OEG family and your role will be to ensure our teams meet their strategic planning obligations on time and deliver work effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

• manage the performance of the accounting team due to legislation and company policies
• timely preparation and representation of financial and statutory reporting
• budget preparation, carry out accounting period closure
• accounting processes improvement
• payroll calculations
• annual report preparation and communication with auditors

You’ll need to have:

• university degree in finances and/or accounting
• a minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant field
• excellent knowledge about Estonian tax and accounting legislation
• ability to think economically, analytically and systematically
• ability to communicate fluently and in writing in Estonian and English language
