Chief accountant

- Building a system and Control over the correctness of accounting and tax accounting in a group of companies;

- Organization of the work of the accounting department (2 people), setting tasks and monitoring over these tasks’ execution;

- Control of foreign economic activity (import, export within the EU + RF), registration of customs VAT;

- Calculation of wages, business trips, vacation pay, accounting of sick and maternity leaves;

- Management of several legal entities;

- Determination of the company’s document flow scheme, development of a schedule for submitting documents to the accounting department;

- Ensuring the correct calculation of taxes and insurance premiums;

- Preparation of all necessary accounting, tax, statistical, management reports in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation in terms of volume, quality of information and timing.

- Preparation of documents for all types of external audits

- Higher education (accounting, analysis and audit) and experience in the position of chief accountant in a trading and manufacturing company for at least 5 years;

- Experience in building an accounting system;

- Responsibility for the result, the desire for continuous professional development and training;

- Ability to build constructive collaboration with heads of other departments;

- Fair knowledge of MS Office, 1C: Enterprise

- Knowledge of tax legislation;

- Knowledge of labor law

- The salary level – 2000-2500 EUR;

- Registration in accordance with the Estonian legislation;

- Work in a comfortable office in Narva or remotely;

- Friendly and supportive international team.
