We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a busy kitchen assisting the Head
They are looking for an experienced chef who will bring flair and passion to the kitchen!
The successful candidate will require to assist the Head Chef and 2nd Chef and when
necessary deputise for them. The candidate may cook the full range of meals from traditional
English (Scottish) breakfast through to a la carte dinners, depending on his skills, especially
when the Head Chef and/or 2nd Chef is on a day off and or work to keep the kitchens clean and
do the preparation work. The candidate must be prepared to do all the duties in a kitchen.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in this field, and have a proven work record.
Must have very good English language skills, both written and verbal.
University Degree or equivalent qualification in hotel management, hotel training, Catering etc.
At least 5 years experience in a similar environment.
International experience would be an advantage.
Willing to work hard and hands on.

Hourly Pay Rate/Salary: £6.50-£7.00 GBP per hour
Working Hours: at least 48 hours per week in 5 out of 7 days.
Holidays: at least 24 and then 28 days paid per year in line with changes to the law in 2008/9
