1Home is a fast growing, Student Housing Brand based in Tallinn, and currently operating throughout the Baltics. It is a revolutionary business and new concept that will reshape the traditional rental apartment market in the Baltics, and in the future Eastern-Europe. 1Home Group is involved with other ventures as well, such as a retirement home, hospital and future commercial real estate development.

Job Summary: To be the leader of the pack for a fast-growing real estate start-up. Must have intricate knowledge in leading an international company and personnel. Will deal with day to day business operations, including financials, partners, current market growth, expansion to new markets, growing a team, top level marketing and brand growth decisions, and participation in top level strategic decisions. Experience in international real estate markets is a plus.

CEO Responsibilities and Duties:
• To drive and develop the internal culture of the company
• Grow and develop both local and international teams for marketing, construction and property management
• Improve and innovate the current business over all current markets
• Cooperate and develop growth with our partner companies
• Initiate and find new partner companies
• Cooperate with local Universities and local and international student organizations
• Drive expansion to new markets
• Running the day to day business operations of a start-up
• Managing the financial aspects of the company
• Participation and contribution to top level strategic decisions and implementation
• Taking part in strategic decisions and implementation for other investment ventures under the 1Home brand

• BA in Business related studies or similar, MBA preferred
• 3 + years International senior level managerial experience
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Excellent communicator, negotiator, and manager
• Able and willing to present a cohesive vision and strategy to employees
• Excellent command of Estonian and English language
