Cargo Readiness Officer (1 year contract)

Your main duties will include:

• Plan and prepare loading/discharge lists of containers for vessels,
• Ensure that all missing details are timely received and they are correctly placed in our systems,
• Manage and escalate ad-hoc situations in case of delays,
• Prepare transport related documentation, reports and invoicing,
• Communicate with terminals, feeder companies, partners and with our other departments in professional business manner,
• Prepare after sailing confirmation, reports and inquiries,
• Working language is English,
• Geographical scope of activity covers Europe.

We are looking for You if You:

• Are fluent in English (additional European language is considered as an advantage),
• Have a good grasp of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Have a good time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines,
• Not afraid of challenges and fast paced environment,
• Love to work with details and systems,
• Have good communication and social skills, and positive mind,
• Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit.

• Working time is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 until 19:00 (includes 1 hour lunch)
