Buyer

As a buyer You will be working independently and with a small purchase & customer service team. Your focus is to implement company group level daily purchases according to processes and ERP-system information. You will collaborate strongly with suppliers and internal stakeholders. As a buyer in Casemet team, You will have a great opportunity to impact production flow and develop the whole supply chain in Pärnu.

Daily purchase tasks are purchase orders, order confirmations, purchase order monitoring, invoice checking, daily communication with suppliers and production planning.

• Relevant work experience from technology company
• Experience of daily purchases
• Basic understanding of order-delivery process
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and friendly attitude
• Competence with IT-systems (Microsoft Office and ERP-system)
• Strong communication skills in Estonian and English (Finnish and other languages are considered as an advantage)
• Able to travel on a bussiness trip to Finland a couple times during a year
