Duties: To cut, trim and prepare carcasses and consumer-sized portions of meat for use in the food service industry. Must be able to shape, lace and tie, using boning knife, saw and cleaver. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role or have gained training at a recognized training establishment in this particular sector.
