Job Description
Your main role is for identifying and ensuring IT needs of the business translated into cost-efficient technical solutions by determining the requirements for development partners providing the IT services.
We expect you to have the ability to apply your strong analytical skills to perform structured analysis of data into usable information. You will be contributing to achieving business goals and development plans for Tamro Baltics’ retail and wholesale.
Your key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including internal business customers and external vendors;
• Gathering, evaluating and structuring business requirements in IT area;
• Support and couch Estonian organisation in data analytics area;
• Making reasoned proposals for solutions;
• Describe the business requirements and prepare the initial assignment for the IT cooperation partners;
• Participate in analysis, testing and implementation of processes and systems;
• Create and maintain documentation materials for existing and new systems
and processes;
• Supporting roll-out of development in collaboration with Development Partners and IT Services;
• Local coordination of Pan-Baltic projects.

Requirements
• You are able to consider yourself as business-oriented and knowledgeable in
business analysis;
• You are detail-oriented, systematic and highly organised;
• You have analytics or IT related experience;
• You also possess excellent communication and cooperation skills;
• You have the flexibility to manage parallel projects, and ability to work with
multiple stakeholders across the business;
• Assuming you are an experienced MS Office user, having a prior experience
with various ERP and Data analytics systems, is an advantage for consideration
for this role;
• We expect you to be fluent in English.
