Business Marketing Automation Architect

In your role you will:
• Use Adobe Marketing Cloud tools to design customer experiences across all digital channels.
• Work across all our markets in a collaboration with colleagues in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia to manage the whole customer journey and carry out marketing automation.
• Work closely with UX and UI designers to create omnichannel personalized digital experiences.
• Work with content creators to deliver relevant content that adapts to every screen.
• Continuously improve sales results by A/B and multivariate testings.
• Create audiences by using customer and user behaviour data. Use customer profiling to make design decisions for developing digital services.
• Follow reports and analyze results to ensure that solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills to carry out marketing automation campaigns across all markets.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Pragmatic can-do attitude and proactivity.
• Passion for customers and focus on providing premium customer experience.
• Business mindset.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Estonian, Finnish or Swedish is a merit.

Beneficial:
• Previous experience in CRM and marketing cloud tools such as Adobe, Salesforce.

Primary location: Tallinn with flexibility of working from our other international offices (Helsinki, Stockholm, Riga)
