Job Description

•Preparing a business plan and managing a business unit.
•Managing every aspect of the commercial, financial and operational running of the business unit.
•Maximizing, recognizing and valueing every individual’s contribution, creating a great place to work.
•Full P&L management of the business across multi-site units.
•Developing and implementing operating plans, budgets, processes and methods to run the business successfully and to support continual improvement.

Requirements

•Significant management experience on the ICT field and the ability to handle concurrent tasks and projects.
•The basic understanding of ITIL and maybe the ITIL Foundation certification.
•Excellent presentation, communication, sound reasoning, people management and leadership skills.
•Demonstrable strategic, analytical and businesslike thinking.
•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Confident, responsible, motivated and devoted to duty.
•Recommendatory at least 5 years experience in the company development.
•Ability to set goals, develop plans and objectives and deliver results
•Ability to plan, start up and execute technical operations across the business.
•Ability to deal with uncertain environments and to bring theory into practice.
•Capable of making balanced assessments and independent judgements.
•Readiness to travel.
•Experience of life has given you accurate self-knowledge, humility and willingness to continual self-development.
