• Sincere interest in legal strategies that apply to a growing business environment within eCommerce
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
• Outstanding communication skills
• Minimum BSc degree in Law
• MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
