Who are we looking for?
We want to build the future of identity, where honest people can be trusted online and have full control over how their personal information is being used. We are looking for someone who will help us achieve this vision by building a scalable and flexible set of insights that then can be used to make decisions on product development.
Analytics is, without any doubt, your territory! You will have the chance to contribute to the future of the identity verification by working closely with the product team and providing insights of how we can improve verification solutions.
What can we offer you?
You won't be given a list of things to do - you will own the analytics for our cross-functional product team with a job to identify insights and propose a set of tracked goals for the product team. Your main focus will be in discovering the areas to improve our service with data, keep track of product improvements and understand the impact, and then helping product, engineering, and design, to figure out how to deliver the best verification platform out there.
Requirements
You'll work closely with:
- Product manager on new ideas and requirements
- Designer to provide the data for research and development of new features
- Engineers to understand what is feasible from a technological point of view, define and communicate the impact of new product features and ROI.
- Other Analysts at Veriff to build better analytical platform and tools
What do we need you to bring?
- Proven track record of distilling actionable insights from large datasets
- Advanced SQL skills
- Intermediate to advanced Tableau or Looker skills
- Strong communication skills - you’re able to present findings in a concise and clear manner verbally and visually
- Ability to work independently, but love working in a team
- An interest in the identity verification & online identity sphere
- Excellent English communication skills and a proactive approach to product development
- Three to Five years of experience in Business Intelligence and Insights.
