Business Development & Operations Assistant (Finnish Speaker)

Your Tasks

• You are part of the Business Development & Operations Team Poland & Baltics
• You assist in establishing Flix’ presence in Finland
• You develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• You advise on local business aspects
• You manage Marketplace system including the booking process and partnerships
• You interact with FlixBus Partners and drivers and support them
• You sometimes assist our bus services (e.g. quality checks, ferries etc.)
• You support ongoing projects and initiatives in the Business Development and Operations team

Requirements

• You are native speaker of Finnish
• You communicate fluently in English
• Knowledge of Estonian, Russian, Latvian or Lithuanian will be a plus
• You have analytical and critical thinking skills
• You have advanced MS Office skills
• You are communicative and a team player
• You are responsible, reliable and conscientious
• You solve problems proactively
