Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and suggest changes to products to meet these needs
  • Communicate with customers using the customer’s preferred channel of communication, by email, phone, etc.
  • Handle billing and payment control
  • Develop promotional ideas and material
  • Provide account management services to existing customers
  • Manage multiple customers while keeping to deadlines
  • Manage projects, working towards customer goals while meeting company goals
  • Prepare reports, as needed


  • BS degree in business administration or related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Independent thinking and self-starting
  • Ability to use MS Office programs at an intermediate level
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management)
  • Formal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory - both written and spoken)
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Russian is a plus
