Job Description
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and suggest changes to products to meet these needs
- Communicate with customers using the customer’s preferred channel of communication, by email, phone, etc.
- Handle billing and payment control
- Develop promotional ideas and material
- Provide account management services to existing customers
- Manage multiple customers while keeping to deadlines
- Manage projects, working towards customer goals while meeting company goals
- Prepare reports, as needed
Requirements
- BS degree in business administration or related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
- High emotional intelligence
- Independent thinking and self-starting
- Ability to use MS Office programs at an intermediate level
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management)
- Formal presentation and negotiation skills
- Great organizational skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory - both written and spoken)
- Superior analytical skills
- Proficiency in Russian is a plus
