Job Description

The  Business Development Manager is responsible for initiating and developing strategies in identified markets toward long term relationships with strategic targets. You would be accountable to achieve annual sales goals and managing assigned core accounts; while identifying, developing and selling new customer opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

 

  • New business development
    Identify, establishing and managine business with new customers

  • Grow/maintain customers
    Develop and maintain account records, account plans, territory status reports and customer information.

  • Deliver Sales Growth
    Deliver annual sales targets.

  • Gather competitive information
    Identify technology trends and maintain industry technology knowledge in the areas of materials, design, tool lead times, sustainability trends and process technologies.

  • Marketing 
    Creating and delivering the marketing communications strategy and plan

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in researching and implemenation of strategies
  • Know-how of lead acquisition
