BUSINESS CONTROLLER (temporary replacement)

The purpose of your work is to analyze the business and financial operations of the company and add value to the organization’s economic and financial performance. To deliver proactively meaningful, fact-based and reliable information about the financial position, performance, changes and corrective actions needed for the future. You support accounting during monthly closing procedures, prepare monthly management reports and analyze the differences between budget and actuals, prepare annual budget and develop financial planning processes. You also support other departments with their finance data related needs.

To succeed in this role: professional experience in similar role or in a role which has given necessary skills to work as a business controller, higher education in finance or economics, experience in budgeting and coordination, understanding accounting principles and operation. You speak Estonian and English at a very good level, have analytical skills, logical thinking, integrity, initiative and ability to coordinate and lead projects, good communication and argumentation skills. You also have experience with management reporting software (Power BI, QlikView or similar). Energy sector experience and finance related certificates are an advantage.
