Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Aid the Startup CFO in daily tasks, turning data into visual insights using financial dashboards and KPIs, explore automation opportunities to streamline reporting, and more.
• Strategic Financial Analysis: Dive into the financial metrics of diverse startups, delivering insights to guide their success.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with startups to formulate and refine their budgets and forecasts, ensuring their financial stability and growth potential.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and compare actual financial performance against forecasts, providing actionable insights on any discrepancies.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Craft detailed and accessible financial reports for diverse stakeholders, from startup leaders to potential investors.
  
  

Must-have Qualifications

• Proactivity & Independence: A self-driven nature, able to initiate tasks, deliver results, and troubleshoot independently.
• Clarity in English: Fluent in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex topics in an accessible manner.
• Data Curiosity: A keen interest in exploring and understanding data to derive actionable insights.
• Data-Savviness: Familiarity and comfort with tools like Excel, Power BI, or equivalent analytical tools to analyse and interpret data.
• Understanding of Financial Concepts: A good grasp and keen interest in diving deep into key financial concepts.
  
  

Good-to-have Qualifications

• Data Integration & Analytical Programming Skills: Basic working knowledge of APIs as well as Python, SQL, R, or other commonly used data analysis languages.
• Insight into Startups: An understanding of the startup environment, its challenges, and dynamics.
