In Baltic Loans team you have an opportunity to:
- Create solutions with the mission to ensure that Swedbank’s Lending products are market leading and meets the customer’s needs
- Be responsible for our Loans Contract Management IT applications Analysis and verification
- Take part of discovery work & break down of investment opportunities
- Plan and estimate the work together with the cross functional team
- Take responsibility for requirement gathering, detailing, verification & anchoring of back log items and quality assurance of the delivered functionality
- Support the Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features
- Strive for high level of automation of the tasks
- Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time
Requirements
What is needed in this role:
- Proactive, team and solution-oriented customer-centric mindset
- Analytical skills – understanding of business processes, perform process/system functional analysis, ability to be a communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders
- Structured and systematic with an interest in details (without missing out on the big picture) and with good writing and documentation skills
- Technical skills - writing simple SQL queries
- Data quality work - understanding of creation of test data, test environments, describing metadata, doing data quality checks
- Business acceptance testing skills
- Collaboration and communication skills – with actual business and Data Warehouse teams and able to lead workshops
- Proficient English, spoken and written

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2150-3500 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
