Business Analyst

WeMakeSoftware.eu is a full-stack custom software development company. We are a team of senior full-stack engineers building projects for public customers and developing large-scale systems for enterprises. Our main technologies are Java/spring boot, and TypeScript/(React/ Angular).

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a part-time partnership.

 What you will be doing:

• collaborate with Business and Product Owners and key stakeholders to define the scope of the requirements.
• working in the agile team, daily stand-ups, monthly retros
• create detailed business analysis specifications, outlining any challenges and opportunities for the business.
• learn and share new practices, and knowledge across the team

We are looking for :

• 3+ years of experience
• higher education in the IT field
• deep understanding of system capabilities, and enterprise architecture
• ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• fluent Estonian is a must
• fluent English
• UML / BPMN experience
