Business Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for new system functionality;
• Detail backlog items and set clear acceptance criteria;
• Plan and perform acceptance testing of delivered functionality;
• Act as a first point of contact supporting business users and analyze issues reported;
• Continuously update existing documentation for the services;
• Collaborate with other team members to constantly improve the way of working.

• Relevant University degree (MSc or Bachelor);
• Background in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting;
• Previous experience with process/system analysis;
• Previous experience with accounting/ERP applications is considered an advantage;
• Proficient English, spoken and written;
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
