Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Performing data warehouse lead tasks for large projects in area of Business Analyses.
*Supporting data warehouse leads across multiple projects
*Building data warehouse competency
*Supporting the pre-sale process as well as client communications
*Team hiring and development
*Team Delivery Management
*Resource Management with related financial management responsibilities to ensure revenue targets are drive.
*Implement project quality and control software compliance to defined standards, along ITIL or CMMI standards
*Contribute to new offer, services and quality initiatives development
*Clearly stating project scope, current process and proposed solutions with appropriate recommendations
*During the project reviews issues, providing recommendations and resolutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
*Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent
*3+ years experience on Business Analyst position
*3 plus years of relevant experience
*Experience with Data warehousing, BI or CRM projects
*Team management and some resource development experience
*Demonstrated Programme and Project Management skills wellcomed
*Willingness to travel
*Good interpersonal skills with fluency in English language, German speaking skills would be a plus
*Ability to manage independently critical situations
*Knowledge of software quality standards such as CMMI or ITIL
*Basic knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or Ab Initio preffered.
*Presales experience focused on developing and scoping customer commitments
*Ability to conduct key user and management interviews, analyze business needs, and propose solutions required.
*Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
*PMP or Prince Certifications wellcomed
*Knowledge of OLAP applications and Business Intelligence tools is plus
