Business Analyst (Application Specialist)

Are you interested contributing to the internal accounting solutions by using your analytical skills and technical knowledge?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: 

• Identify and propose solutions based on the requirements gathered from internal stakeholders
• Plan and perform acceptance testing of delivered functionality
• Align development needs with system capabilities, development roadmap and priorities.
• Setting up, configuring, customizing internal Baltic accounting system
• Build strong communication and cooperation with business users, facilitate meetings and presentations.
• Writing user stories, use cases and collaborate with other team members to constantly improve the way of working.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• Ability to analyze, design and visualize business processes and IT solutions.
• Strong logical and critical thinking gained via work experience as product manager or analyst.
• Background in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting. Previous experience with accounting/ERP applications is considered an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation as well as presentation skills. 
• Proficient English, spoken and written.
• Good problem-solving skills with a structured way of working and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
