Citadele is an innovative and data-driven bank with a strong focus on digital solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Branch Manager to create and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through two main customer channels (Branch and call center).
Get ready to:
- Organize and conduct comprehensive sales and customer service training programs for branch and call center employees. Analyze customer feedback and market research to make improvements;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement;
- Work with other departments to ensure consistent customer service;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently;
- Work with external partners with a aim to attract new customers and provide an excellent experience for existing customers.

Your profile:
- Ambitious and results driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets;
- Proactive and analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- A bachelor’s degree;.
- Experience in improving employees' sales skills, coaching or organizing sales trainings;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience related to customer service, sales of products and services;
- Fluency in Estonian and English, written and verbal is a must.
