BOUTIQUE MANAGER

BOUTIQUE MANAGER | „Crème de la Crème“, Viru Keskus.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Boutique Manager to oversee daily operations in the boutique. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and being the best example to the subordinates
• Improving commercial KPIs and achieving sales targets
• The highest knowledge and management of the assortment
• Team training and management
• Coordinating daily boutique operations

As well as being customer and goal oriented, communicative, with extremely good leadership and organizational skills, fluent in both written and spoken Estonian and English (knowing Russian would be a huge advantage), the successful candidate will be passionate about haute parfumerie and innovative cosmetics sales in boutique and will have a wider range of interests in fashion and art.
