Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are looking for a person who can serve a number of our accounting clients. The job is very diverse. You will also have to assist with our own bookkeeping, and possibly with secretarial work as well, such as contact to our clients and incoming clients. We are mainly communicating with clients via email, chat, phone and virtual meetings. We all value to get the job done and it is not important where you sit when you do it. 

Tasks may include (depending on your qualifications):

• Entries for a number of small companies
• Monthly VAT reporting
• Salaries in Estonia and abroad
• Annual report
• Income taxes
• Dividends and dividend taxes
• VAT registration abroad
• Invoices/payments/transactions
• Social taxes
• Debtors
• Answering incoming phone, chat and social media

The preferred candidate will meet the below stated requirements:

• Experience with Bookkeeping/Accounting
• Profeciency in written and spoken English
• Good communicator with clients
• Ability and desire to work from home in a small dedicated "virtual team"
