Work description

Working both in teams and independently
Reading of drawings
Installation of pipes in the boat according to drawings.
Use of power tools.
Proactive thinking because what you do in the beginning affects the whole pipe structure.
Coupling of pipelines.
Working inside the boat, so sometimes you work in small spaces with limited access.
Ensuring quality in the execution of the work.
Collaborate with colleagues and monitor the work process to achieve the best results.
Working with different sizes of boats and each boat is unique, so you need to understand the drawings well.

English, Swedish or Finnish at communication level.
Experience in reading and interpreting drawings.
Experience in reading and interpreting drawings in Siemens NX software is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of the use of power tools.
Ability to work carefully and achieve high quality.
Ability to follow work and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Education or experience in boat building or a related industry is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically strong and capable of handling heavy materials and work tools.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to make adjustments to structures when needed.
Initiative taker.
