Billing and Rates Manager

Now we are going to open our office in Tallinn and we are looking for Billing and rates manager.
Responsibilities:
Work with Invoicing according to Billing terms.
Work with daily, weekly and monthly statistcs.
Work with rates notofications.
Communication with Sales and Finace Team.
Deliver success in communication with our partners, base activities/meetings.
Learn ITD Telecom opportunities to be able to work in our communication environment.
Good team player and maintain positive attitude
Reporting to Management.

Ability to work in a fast-changing&dynamic environment.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Analytical way of thinking.
Good to work with digits.
Desire to learn and strong listening skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Task prioritization and efficient time managing.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
