As a manager you will ensure that the beverage sales forecasted for bars, lounges and restaurant are met.
Train staff in bartending, food and cash handling. Appraise coach, counsel and discipline departmental personnel. Maintain staffing levels as to provide for optimal performance.
Order supplies and assure that inventory is secured and accounted for. Assure that all health department and liquor license requirements are complied with.
Interact with members frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has a good, strong, enthusiastic personality. You will be a strong team builder with the ability to work under pressure.
You will have experience in supervising Bar operations with several outlets, knowledge of inventory and staffing needs, thorough knowledge of purchasing systems and records.
You will have a good cocktail knowledge and ability to plan, execute and follow up on beverage promotions.
Strong command of both English and Lithuanian or Russian
Above all, you WILL have a passion for the bar industry.
