Hooligaan Bubble Tea & Coffee is a team united by love and excitement in creating new flavor combinations, weaving together the inexhaustible variety of the world of bubble tea - lemonades, milkshakes, teas - all this and not only. Bubble tea is a drink created in Taiwan, based on fresh or milk tea with tapioca pearls. Over the years, the variations of this drink have been developed and today a wide range of combinations of drinks are available - lemonade, tea, coffee drink, milkshakes, etc.
Due to the expansion of the cafe network in the Baltic states, we are looking for employees for the first Hooligaan cafe in Tallinn, in the Kristiina Keskus shopping center, opening 22nd December 2022.

Job Description
You will:
- Be responsible for daily operations in the shop – serving clients, preparing quality tea and coffee, making sure all shop operations are smooth and efficient.
- Help adapt the tone and voice of the Hooligaan brand.
- Receive top remuneration with up to EUR 1500 after trial period plus performance bonusses and other perks.
Requirements
Hooligaan team is looking for:
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Deep drive and lack of fear to learn, to experiment, to improve skills to prepare excellent bubble tea and run smooth operations.
- Skills with drink and/or food production and knowledge how to operate a cash register are considered as an advantage.
- Excellent Estonian, good English and some Russian language knowledge.
- At least 18 years of age.
