Banking Software Helpdesk User Support Specialist

Job Description

You will be analyzing and solving banking software users' reported problems and requests and interacting with the stakeholders to identify possibilities for improvement. You will work together with employees in a very different position to ensure delivering of seamless financial services to customers.

Requirements

  • Finding solution for customer requests done in Jira tickets or helpdesk chats, including communication with different stakeholders.
  • Granting banking software access and proposing most suitable solutions for unclear cases.
  • Analyzing ad-hoc data report needs and composing data inquiries’ scripts.
  • Gathering product team developments information and adding new features’ descriptions to manuals.
