Baltics Customer Experience Manager

Your main accountabilities are:

• Working with all 3 Baltic countries on daily bases to build and develop strong customer service strategy that supports business growth
• Work daily on customer experience innovations, guide UX developments in all customer digital touchpoints and lead the implementations
• Manages the quality of customer experience at all customer contact points and throughout the company's service chain (strong focus on digital experience)
• In cooperation with product and system development departments and business managers, participates in the development of the client's service portfolio, in the creation of value-added services. Runs creating the roadmap for future developments
• Engage in consultation with relevant stakeholders on issues associated with the success of customer experience projects and recommended improvements. Assure that customer experience developments are aligned with all internal stakeholders
• Review feedback loops in each stage of the customer journey to ascertain customer satisfaction and our ability to meet customer needs. Coordinates the implementation of the results of the customer experience analysis in the development of the company's products and systems;

We expect you to have experience in the following areas:

• Proven experience in marketing and customer relationship management in strong digitla focus business
• Tech savvy with understanding of how to succeed in digital business
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills with having data driven apprach to running projects
• Experience with UX projects
• Team player with good communication skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
• Customer-oriented approach
