Job Description

• developing and implementation of training and development guidlines and procedures for Baltic
• identification of organisation development needs and implementation of appropriate development interventions
• development and implementation of annual training plan
• Talent management: succession management, individual development, 360 process
• development and delivery of training programmes
• organisation design
• performance management


• higher education in HR related studies
• at least 2 years of work experience in training and development area
• very good Estonian and English , Russian is an advantage
• very good computer skills: (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• B-category driving licence
• strategic thinking and analysing skills
• planning and organising
• very good influencing skills and teamwork orientation
• very good communication and presentation skills
• enthusiasm and strong inner motivation
