Job Description

  • To map current logistics activities: create an “as it is’ process mapping for further evaluation and improvement
  • To comply with SOPs and guidelines aligned with business partners, with strong focus on reporting structure
  • Execution (day to day): to ensure that execution runs as per planning
  • Season planning: to ensure that we have all resources in place, staff, contracts, inbound logistics resources to the factories and other aspects to fulfill the requirements of the season.
  • Long term strategy: to work with BU and Partner management on the mid and long term strategy with strong focus on the expansion.

Requirements

  • Logistics, Supply Chain and S&OP related certifications
  • Preferred Experience: Logistics Execution and Planning, with 5 to 10 years
  • Job-Specific Skills: People management, reporting capabilities, Result Oriented, Priorities Assessment, Problem Solving, Excellent English command speaking and writting
  • Competencies: Proactivity, Communication, Multitasking, Planning, Digital implementation oriented, Time management, Flexibility, Teamwork
  • Willingness to travel for job related tasks within Baltics & Finland
