Group reporting coordination, implementation of changes in group standards in Baltics
Coordinating and supervising the work of accountants in Baltics
Participating in audit process
Communication with banks and leasings
Gathering of financial information from group companies

Requirements

higher education in economics (finance)
fluent in English, able to understand Russian, German and French would be advantage
fin. manager experience in international company
knowledge about IFRS
Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
reliable person
accurate
initiative
preparedness to travel
good capability to work in team
communicative

Advantages would be:
knowledge/experience with different accounting softwares
knowledge of reporting software solutions
experience in participating in state tenders
experience in making profitability calculations
knowledge/experience in preparing business-plans
cooperation with state institutions like KIK; EAS, etc.
