Job Description
We are looking for a support professional with communication experience and good organizational skills. An ideal candidate is an organized and reliable person with good basic values and capability of working independently. She/he enjoys and takes pride in servicing internal and external customers. We expect this person to be a key driver in customer support and to lead support activities for a group of countries.
Everyday tasks
- Assist Country Managers in their everyday work (via telephone, skype, email)
- Take care of backoffice work of the assigned countries – communication with customers, wholesalers, etc.
- Organize logistics
- Check accounts receivables and work on collection
- Help Country Managers with local marketing programs, set up customer meetings
- Co-ordinate A-customers recruitment actions Europe-wide
Requirements
General requirements and notes:
- service experience
- good on the phone, nice with people
- tolerate stress and can manage many tasks at a time
- ability and willingness to work independently
- positive, amibitous attitude and a desire to achieve
- preferrably some IT industry experience
- High level kowledge of Spanish (possibly Italian or other) language
