We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer to join our product-focused engineering team. In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from initial idea and design through to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will help build scalable, secure, and high-quality backend solutions that drive real business impact.

How you create impact

• Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems and services
• Ensure high software quality through comprehensive testing, including automated and manual approaches (unit, integration, and performance testing)
• Optimize databases, backend architecture, and system performance for efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications, including troubleshooting and 3rd-level support

• Hands-on experience with backend programming languages and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Practical knowledge of modern development practices such as clean code, TDD/BDD, and code reviews
• Experience with database design, optimization, and software architecture principles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
