Back office specialist

We are looking for a Transaction Management Specialist to manage our automated and manual processes with clients. Working closely with our Payments Team, you’ll be implementing digitalized model for transaction management. This role is a good fit for someone with strong communication skills and analytical mindset who is interested in creating new digital processes.

• Manage transactions' workflow and documents
• Payables & Receivables management
• Implement new communication procedure with clients 
• Customer Support 

• Great communication skills
• Proficency in written and spoken Finnish
• Good command of English and Estonian
• Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing documents and transactions
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and understanding of accounting software is a plus
