Back-Office Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Updating data and defining new instruments in the portfolio management system on daily basis
• Data reconciliation between different systems
• Perform daily price audit
• Supporting management with legal and compliance related reporting and documents
• Ensure effective and proper controls in assigned functional area
• Take part of the portfolio management system user manual creation

Ootused kandidaadile

Requirements:

• University degree or final stage of graduating from business, finance, legal or equivalent
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Good routine tolerance and communication skills
• Relevant working experience up to 2 years
• Knowledge of investment area and basic legal understanding as well as previous back-office experience is an advantage
