B2B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring, analysing, reporting and evaluating market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities
• Representing Voice of Customer, defining strategies and action plans across sales and marketing value chain
• Driving growth in B2B assigned targets and product categories (including solutions)
• Proactively guiding and educating customers on how existing products and new solutions work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
• Planning direct and joint marketing activities with key accounts
• Provide relevant reports and analysis based on management request, etc.

Requirements

Requirements for Success:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in sales or B2B sales (at least 3 years, preferably in IT solutions or Mobile Operators companies)
• Experience in reading, analysing and presenting technical product materials
• Fluency in English and Estonian (knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage)
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Motivated, dynamic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good in time management, accurate and analytical
• High level of stress resistance
• Driver’s license (B category) and readiness to travel
