What this job involves?
• Active search for trading partners: calls, visits to potential partners, relationship management;
• Motivating potential partners to see and use the potential of their business growth together with our Marketplace;
• Negotiations, signing agreements with interested companies;
• Involvement in daily cooperation with Sales teams in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania;
• Constant improvement of operations and processes in the growing sales unit.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in direct sales/work experience as product manager/sales manager in trading company;
• You set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
• Analytic and proactive mindset and result oriented;
• Estonian and English is a must (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian gives you an advantage;
• Have a driver‘s licence and are a true sales person at heart- we are waiting for you to apply!;
• University degree or higher education.
