Considering yourself a true Sales person? Our e-commerce team is expanding and invites B2B Active Sales Manager join into an emerging ambitious sales unit - MARKETPLACE! Take a unique opportunity to participate in the NEW start-up project!

What this job involves?
• Active search for trading partners: calls, visits to potential partners, relationship management;
• Negotiations, signing agreements with trading partners;
• Setting sales targets for partners and supporting them in achieving targets;
• Communication regarding operations with trading partners on daily basis: providing assistance through company‘s internal systems and tools, onboarding;
• Constant improvement of operations and processes of the newly created sales unit.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in direct sales/work experience as product manager/sales manager in trading company;
• You set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
• Analytic and proactive mindset and result oriented;
• Estonian and English is a must (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian gives you an advantage;
• Have a driver‘s licence and are a true sales person at heart- we are waiting for you to apply!;
• University degree or higher education.
