Job Description

The assistant role is to support the managing director of TIMEXSA in putting up the business in Estonia. His or her main responsibilities include organising all the office related work, answering the telephone, serving customers and partners, conducting translations in Estonian-English-Estonian. If she or he has the knowlede of book-keeping, she will also be responsible of the book-keeping of TIMEXSA in Estonia.


very good communication skills both in oral and written Estonian
very good communication skills both in oral and written English
good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
positive, active and team-work orientated
punctual and correct
good organisational skills
previous experience and knowledge from book-keeping is not essential but preferable
previous experience from office work is not essential but preferable
Russian language skills is not required but preferable
