SM CONTACT specialists analyze electrical components, evaluate design of entire connection and create dedicated equipment to perform best results. We are experts in following technologies: splice connections (including laboratory equipment for quality control), pinned connections, IDC connections, processing of wires and wire harness wrapping.
TASKS
- Work in corporate IT-system (create orders in system, for some simple orders communicate with suppliers, mark orders as closed, assign tasks according to comments from the manager, etc.)
- Support manufacturing and sales administrative managers: contact some suppliers, find out delivery date, check reasons of delays, etc.
- Order from local suppliers some standard things.
- Prepare some reports and texts according to requests from the manager.
- Work instead of sales administrative person during her annual or sick leaves.
- Help with simple warehouse tasks during stockkeeper absence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good level of English
- Attention, accuracy in work
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Communication level of Russian
