In the Area Sales Manager position you’ll be responsible for new business generation, taking a proactive approach to planning and securing sales opportunities.
YOU WILL BE:
- Conducting daily active sales in Business centres.
- Ensure sustainable development of Business centres.
- Ensure achievement of the Company's objectives and profitability target.
- Ensure support of the Company’s values and reputation increase among clients, customers, partners and other Company's stakeholders in order to achieve a stable and successful business development in Business centres.
Requirements
- good knowledge and experience in sales;
- good knowledge of English, both oral and in writing. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
- communicative, strategic and analytical thinking;
- excellent organizer and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities;
- very good argumentation, persuasion, presentation skills;
- positive, goal and result-oriented personality with ability to work under stress, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
