Area Sales Manager Estonia (fixed term)

Your main responsibilities:

• lead and manage the Store Managers and the network of stores in Estonia
• derive measures in order to reach or exceed the sales plans
• ensure implementation of Visual Merchandising standards
• manage and develop the personnel
• control and observe the allocated budget

Your profile:

• at least 3 years experience in a similar role in retail (managing several stores). Experience in fashion retail is an advantage
• ability to manage, develop and motivate the store managers and store teams
• results orientation, very good communication and organization skills
• driving license and availability to travel extensively
• ability to communicate orally and in writing in English (min. level B1). Additional knowledge of German language may be an advantage
• good knowledge of Word & Excel
