Area Manager in Baltic Commerce

• Drive and align Baltic e-commerce vision and offering (card acquiring, payment initiation, BankLink e-commerce solutions, and related value-added services) in close cooperation with stakeholders;
• Team up with colleagues from Baltic Payments Products, Baltic Cash Management, Corporate Offering & Strategies organizations, different Value streams and other stakeholders to facilitate and drive Baltic commerce business development, actively support sales organization, and deliver on strategic targets in the commerce area;
• Work with external parties, payment service providers to increase collaboration and partnership opportunities;
• Do close follow-up and analysis of market trends, competitors and growing of professional competence in commerce business area;
• Consolidate market and customers needs and front-line organization needs to turn that into actionable business plans and effective execution;
• Ensure clear communication and advocacy of Swedbank e-commerce vision and offering.

What you need in this role:

• Professional knowledge and understanding of commerce business domains (e-commerce solutions, card acquiring, payment initiation services);
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills managing strategic cross-functional and cross-border projects;
• Openness to new ideas, continuously looking for best practices and solutions both within and outside of the organization;
• Strong analytical skills and long-term strategic planning;
• Pro-active and result oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership;
• Team player with strong social skills that can handle a paced and challenging work environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as immunity to ambiguity;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in communicating in English, both written and spoken;
• Preferable university degree (finance, economics or management area would be considered as advantage).

If you are to be employed in Lithuania, please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 2700-4100 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.
