Aftersales Manager Estonia

• lead and develop aftersales business in Estonia
• look for new opportunities and improve aftersales business processes
• prepare, monitor and fulfill aftersales budget
• perform annual supplier contract review
• create the long-term and medium-term strategy in terms of Service and Parts & Accesories sales
• grow sales in the department with co-operation of marketing and by making additional offers to customers
• ensure that the department operations are compliant with the local legislation, Inchcape and OEM rules and standards
• monitor department cost effectiveness and examine monthly debt schedules
• maintain high environment, health and safety standards to ensure safe environment to staff
• lead aftersales managers in our five dealerships around Estonia
• recruit, develop and retain best-in-class talent, lead and motivate the team to ensure best cooperation between aftersales departments
• create and maintain good relationships and regular communication with OEM and Insurance companies.

Ootused kandidaadile

• degree educated with a suitable Business Administration qualification, MBA or an equivalent
• more than 5 years’ experience in a sales-led automotive organization. Experience must include operating in a complex blue-chip multi-national environment with a high degree of operational and commercial content
• experience of using financial and commercial information to guide business decisions
• to have up to date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation, trade practices and duties
• high levels of drive and energy to operate effectively in an operationally intense and dynamic environment
• high levels of emotional intelligence and exceptional leadership skills across multiple cultures and diverse roles with a collaborative approach
• very good Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage.
