We are looking for an administrative assistant who will take care of daily office needs and will manage company’s general administrative activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience on administrative position
• Attention to detail
• Strong planning skills
• Multitasking
• Microsoft office knowledge level expert
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Gather documents for accountants (bills, invoices, contracts)
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit expense reports
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Assistant of the CEO
