ACTUARIAL MODELLER

Compensa Life is looking for a new team member who is responsible for providing a full range of support in actuarial modelling and insurance technical services in Company`s head office.

By joining our team you will

• comply, categorize and analyze data
• participate in modelling of insurance portfolio
• perform control of calculation results, draw up worksheets, technical analysis and reporting
• participate in product and modelling software development projects; drawing up relevant documentation
• participates in insurance software related projects and drawing up relevant documentation

As a successful candidate you

• have a degree in mathematics, statistics or informatics
• have advanced Excel skills and are not discouraged by complex operations
• have strong quantitative skills, enjoy working with numbers, formulas and vast amount of data
• have an understanding of finance or insurance mathematics
• have readiness to actively immerse into business processes of the Company
• are highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines
• have strong analytical skills and are detail orientated
• are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing in English
• have good verbal and writing communication skills in Estonian and/or in Russian

Beneficial skills

• previous professional experience in insurance, especially with Prophet modelling software
